Are you a Westerner who likes fine beef jerky or pork crackling? Maybe there are other snaX you like but can’t find here in the Philippines?

Well, here, you can get in touch with a fellow Westerner who likes fine taste with snaX. The man in charge of this establishment is Barry Wiseman – a half-Australian and half-Filipino.

Barry spent the majority of his life – 17 years in Australia as a dual citizen, and found tasty snaX there.

His favorite was the “Hunter Valley” beef Jerky line. He aims to bring Western taste and other tantalizing snaX from the West to the Philippines to provide to Westerners and Expats living here in our tropical islands. 

When Barry returned to the Philippines after his long stay in Australia, he struggled to find beef jerky, pork crackling and other snaX which lived up to his standard.

He just wanted some tasty treats similar to the West to pair with a cold beer, but nothing. Except Jack Links, which he describes as over-processed and doesn’t have the flavour profile he desires.

So, he set off to make Western snaX here in the Philippines in hopes fellow Westerners will enjoy it as a man of the West would.
